Peace, Love & Transformation

“If there is peace in your mind you will find peace with everybody. If your mind is agitated you will find agitation everywhere. So first find peace within and you will see this inner peace reflected everywhere else. You are this peace. You are happiness, find out. Where else will you find peace if not within you?” ~ Papaji ~

We are not these limited social personas that society wants us to be. Peace arises as we understand and accept both our deep spiritual nature and our human imperfections.

There is a natural balancing, harmonizing that happens, when we observe and accept the way things are, without trying to make life conform to our personal wishes and expectations.

Knowing that we are like notes in a greater cosmic symphony shifts our worldview. We don’t have to do anything but be mindful, loving and compassionate, connect with those around us, let go of efforts to judge and control the world.

We are children of this Universe, not only spiritual or human, but rather fully both. Understanding this about ourselves and others- without judgment or repression- can trigger a powerful inner transformation.

There is no need to chase after peace, love and acceptance. It is in our nature to be peace, be love, be acceptance.

Allow your heart and mind to flow with the way life is naturally unfolding. Cherish each moment, support others. Express your creativity and develop your skills. Notice the beauty in everything.

It’s like planting a seed and watching it grow. As we open our hearts and move in synch with the Universe, a radical transformation is set in motion.

“If you see yourself in the correct way, you are all as much extraordinary phenomena of nature as trees, clouds, the patterns in running water, the flickering of fire, the arrangement of the stars, and the form of a galaxy. You are all just like that.” ~Alan Watts
